- The employer will provide a letter of request to the consulate of the country to which the Customer will submit a request for further registration
- If the registration date is not received within the specified period of 90 days, all paid advances are fully returned.

Stages of payment
- 50% - Advance payment to start preparing documents
- 50% - Payment upon receipt of photos | Scanned copies of the finished documents | Obtaining the date of registration from the consulate

- The employer cancels the documents without refunding advances in case of non-receipt of the additional payment!

Documents from the Employer
- Employment contract for a period of 2 years
- Work permit for a period of 2 years
- Declaration of residence
- Declaration of employment of a foreigner
- Housing rental agreement
- A document from the Government of Labour to register the candidate at the Slovak embassy for an interview
- Candidate registration at the Slovak Embassy for an interview*
*The Employer submits documents to the Slovak Embassy (BIS) and awaits an interview date for the Customer
- The Customer receives a screenshot of the request
- The deadline for providing a date by the Embassy is not specified and may be long
The Employer bears no responsibility for the deadline for assigning an interview date for the Candidate by the Slovak
To obtain a visa at the Slovak Consulate, Candidates must provide:
- 2 photos measuring 3.5×3 cm
- Valid passport
- Criminal record certificate no older than 90 days with an apostille and legalization in Slovak (for some countries - the Customer receives information about its necessity independently at the Consulate!)
*The candidate should not have been in the EU for more than 90 days during the last 3 years
or he/she needs a criminal record certificate from each country with an apostille in Slovak.

Profile of the candidate we are looking for
- male/female aged 18 to 45 years
- good physical fitness and health
- good communication skills in Slovak/Serbian/Russian or English
- genuine interest in work, not in staying in the country permanently
*In case the applicant conceals the fact of his/her health (upon arrival in Slovakia, fails to pass the entrance medical examination, has incorrect documents for police registration, etc.) - all costs are borne by the candidate.
Working conditions
- Basic salary 800 - 1000 € + allowances in accordance with the law:
Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, overtime, night shifts
- Meals - lunch in the canteen is provided at the expense of the employer
- Accommodation is provided at the expense of the employer
- Opportunity to work in logistics according to the candidate's experience
Work schedule
- 2 shifts of 12 hours | 5 days a week
or 8 hours in 3 shifts: 6:00-14:00 | 14:00-22:00 | 22:00-06:00
Responsibilities of the employee
- quality control of finished products
- auxiliary functions in the manufacture of products
- elimination of defects
Important information after receiving a visa | residence permit
- After receiving an entry permit, the client must arrive at the place of work within 15-20 days!
- The employer arranges a meeting at the airport only if there is a group of > 5 people, individual candidates must arrive at the place of the specified accommodation on their own
- Upon arrival at the airport, the group of employees is met, transferred to the accommodation and accommodated by the inviting party
- The management of the employing company officially draws up working documents for each candidate and conducts a detailed briefing
- After a probationary period of 1-3 months, the employer can issue a temporary residence permit to the employee, upon mutual request.
